Order Validity

Orders are valid for 7 business days after placement.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.


Warranty Policy

All items are inspected for functionality prior to packaging and shipped using special protective packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
If any issues are found within 7 days of delivery, we will offer repair or a refund.

In the case of shipping damage, photos of the packaging will be required for claims. Please contact us promptly.

Note:
If we determine that the cost of repair is unreasonable compared to the item’s price, or if repair is not possible, we will refund the item price and request the item be returned to a designated address in Japan.

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Malfunctions caused by improper use
  • Damage or malfunction due to connected peripheral devices
  • Damage or malfunction from unauthorized modification or repair
  • Damage during relocation after purchase
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, pollution, or abnormal voltage
  • Pre-existing cosmetic flaws or known defects
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts

Shipping Insurance

We cover insurance for both defective and damaged products.


Defective/Damaged Items

We will repair or refund according to our warranty policy.
As a general rule, vintage items are sold as-is, except for operational defects.
If damage is due to our negligence, we will refund or arrange repairs through our partnered vintage audio shop in Japan, ensuring proper support.


Returns & Refunds

  • Timeframe: Within 7 days of delivery (Varies by the product)
  • Contact Method: Please reach out via email within the 7-day window
  • Return Shipping:
    • If the item is defective, we cover return shipping costs
    • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping is the customer’s responsibility
    • We also cover the cost of shipping for replacements or repairs

Conditions for Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

We will accept returns or exchanges only in cases where:

  • The received item differs from the order
  • There is loss or damage due to our handling
  • Other clear faults on our part are confirmed

Returns/refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Customer preference
  • Items that have been used after purchase

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

If you cancel your order before delivery, a 15% cancellation fee (based on the item price) will apply.
If the transaction was completed via Yahoo Auctions (Yafuoku), a 9% auction fee will also be charged.
