Shipping & Delivery Information
Items will be shipped from Los Angeles, USA, via air or sea freight, depending on the actual and volumetric weight or item type.
- For large items, we can ship via sea freight, which is more economical than air shipping.
- Please note that an additional 3–5% tax may apply depending on the item.
- If you purchase two or more items, shipping will be more cost-effective, so feel free to inquire in advance.
- Once your package is shipped, you’ll be able to track it online 24/7 using a tracking number.
We use shock-absorbing and special packaging to prevent damage during transit, including individual packaging for each item and corner guards for speaker cabinets to avoid damage.
Our company has been handling vintage audio equipment for many years with great care and experience.
Shipping Options
1. Air Shipping (Medium to Large Items)
- Estimated delivery: about 5 days
- Ships from Los Angeles via Nippon Express or Yamato Transport
- An additional 30% surcharge applies to Okinawa and remote islands
- 3–5% tax may apply
2. Sea Shipping (Large Items)
- Estimated delivery: about 3–4 weeks
- Ships from Los Angeles via a U.S.-based ocean shipping company
- 3–5% tax may apply
3. Air Shipping (Records & Small Items)
- Estimated delivery: about 5–7 days
- Ships via USPS (United States Postal Service)
Sample pricing for record shipments:
- 1 record: ¥4,200
- 2 records: ¥4,500
- 3 records: ¥4,900
- 4 records: ¥5,250
- For 5 or more records: Pricing will be calculated separately
“Large Shipment Terms & Conditions”
- Standard shipping is door-to-door (curbside delivery) to the buyer’s residence.
- Only one delivery driver is dispatched. Buyers are responsible for bringing items inside (free of charge).
- For delivery to a second floor or higher, or in-home delivery of very heavy items (e.g., Paragon), buyers must arrange either:
- A local handyman (approx. ¥5,000), or
- A professional mover (approx. ¥15,000 per person)
Please note that in-home delivery requests without prior notice are not the responsibility of our company or the shipping carrier.
For applicable large items, buyers are required to make one of the above arrangements and agree to these “Large Shipment Terms & Conditions.”
